New Music from Paramore
After countless teasers and mentions of them coming back Paramore finally debuted their single and announced their new record, After Laughter out May 12 via Fueled by Ramen. Check out what our writer Meaghan thought of the song, you can watch the new video and check out their new tour dates below!
The beginning of the song reminds me of Parahoy last year sounding almost tropical. This is also a huge departure from anything Paramore has previously done but also it's very Paramore. The song, "Hard Times" also marks the official return of Zac Farro into the band. Every album is a reinvention of the band and this is no exception. The song is very catchy and will definitely translate very well live and fit between Ain't It Fun and Misery Business. If this is a taste of what's to come with the new record then I'm very excited to see where the new chapter takes the band. Also I'm curious what Zac Farro being back in the band means for them.
