Jesse Sheppard releases cover.

If you haven't heard of Jesse Sheppard yet, what are you waiting on? Twenty year old Sheppard is a singer/songwriter based out of New York. 

Formerly the guitarist for pop band Six Stories Told, Jesse has turned his focus solely on his pop/country solo project. His most recent release was a cover of Kelsea Ballerini's hit song "Peter Pan". The video premiered exclusively on Buzznet and you can check it out by clicking right here.

The video follows Sheppard through the woods, as he sings his own rendition of the song shifted to focus on a male's perspective. His smooth, and soulful voice leads to an awesome new version of the song leaving you needing to hear more. 

You make think that something described musically as "pop / country" isn't for you.... However Jesse finds a way to mesh quite a few different genres together to produce something entirely his own. He's a gifted songwriter with an incredible vocal range, listeners will be able to relate to his songs about growing up, and break ups, without it feeling clichè or overdone.
